Daily Bread Coaching respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share personal information when you visit our website, submit a form, schedule a session, purchase coaching services, communicate with us, or participate in spiritual coaching.

Daily Bread Coaching provides spiritual coaching, encouragement, personal growth support, and faith-based guidance. Daily Bread Coaching does not provide licensed therapy, mental health counseling, medical care, psychiatric care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.

By using our website, booking services, submitting information, making a payment, or communicating with Daily Bread Coaching, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Daily Bread Coaching may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, information collected through our website, and information processed through the third-party platforms we use to operate our business.

Information you provide directly may include your name, email address, phone number, billing information, scheduling preferences, appointment history, coaching goals, intake-form responses, prayer requests, spiritual background or faith-related information you choose to share, personal, relational, vocational, emotional, or life-circumstance information you choose to share, messages sent through our website, email, forms, or other communication channels, and feedback or other communications you voluntarily provide.

Because spiritual coaching may involve personal, emotional, relational, and faith-based topics, some information you choose to share may be sensitive. Daily Bread Coaching treats this information with care and respect.

When you visit our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time and date of visit, referring website, approximate location based on IP address, cookie data, analytics data, and website interaction information.

This information helps us operate the website, protect against misuse, understand visitor activity, and improve our services.

Daily Bread Coaching uses Stripe to process payments. When you purchase coaching services, Stripe may collect and process payment-related information, such as your name, email address, billing details, payment method information, transaction details, fraud-prevention data, and other information necessary to process payments securely.

Daily Bread Coaching does not intentionally store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or banking credentials on our own systems. Payment information is handled by Stripe according to Stripe’s own privacy and security practices.

Daily Bread Coaching may access limited payment-related information through Stripe, such as customer name, email address, payment status, amount paid, invoice history, refund status, transaction dates, dispute or chargeback information, and the last four digits of a payment card if shown by Stripe.

We may use this information to confirm purchases, manage subscriptions or packages, issue refunds, respond to payment disputes, maintain accounting records, and protect Daily Bread Coaching from fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or nonpayment.

2. Third-Party Platforms We Use

Daily Bread Coaching uses trusted third-party platforms to operate our website, communicate with clients, manage business records, schedule and conduct coaching sessions, process payments, and support administrative business operations.

Daily Bread Coaching currently uses Wix for website hosting, website forms, possible booking tools, site analytics, cookies, and client-submitted website information. Daily Bread Coaching uses Stripe for payment processing, invoices, receipts, refunds, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, and transaction records. Daily Bread Coaching may also use artificial intelligence tools for administrative support, writing assistance, planning, organization, summarization, and other business-related purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

These providers may collect, process, store, or access personal information as needed to provide their services. Daily Bread Coaching does not control every aspect of how third-party providers process information. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, and legal obligations.

Clients are encouraged to review the privacy policies for Wix, Stripe, Google, Google Workspace, Google Meet, and any other third-party platform they interact with while using Daily Bread Coaching’s services.

4. Coaching Confidentiality

Daily Bread Coaching respects the private nature of spiritual coaching conversations and makes reasonable efforts to keep client information confidential.

However, confidentiality is not absolute. Daily Bread Coaching may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process, prevent serious harm to you or another person, report suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, or danger when required or permitted by law, respond to a payment dispute, refund request, chargeback, complaint, or legal claim, protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Daily Bread Coaching, our clients, or others, work with trusted service providers who help operate our business, obtain professional advice from legal, accounting, tax, or business advisors, or enforce our service agreement, cancellation policy, payment policy, or other business terms.

Spiritual coaching is not the same as licensed therapy, mental health counseling, medical care, pastoral counseling by a church, legal advice, or emergency crisis support. Communications with Daily Bread Coaching are not guaranteed to be legally privileged.

If you email us, schedule a session, receive a calendar invitation, submit intake information, or communicate with us electronically, your information may be stored or processed through Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, or related Google services.

This may include emails, client correspondence, calendar invitations, meeting links, intake notes, administrative records, service-related documents, and business

To help protect privacy during video sessions, clients are encouraged to join from a private location, use headphones when appropriate, avoid joining from public Wi-Fi when discussing sensitive matters, make sure no unauthorized person can hear the session, use the correct Google Meet link provided for the session, and keep meeting links private.

Google Meet includes security features, but online video communication still carries some privacy risk.

Daily Bread Coaching may use artificial intelligence tools to support business operations, improve administrative efficiency, assist with writing, organize information, summarize non-sensitive materials, prepare general coaching resources, improve website content, develop service-related documents, support planning, and assist with communication.

Daily Bread Coaching may use artificial intelligence tools in connection with client-related information when reasonably useful for business or service purposes. Daily Bread Coaching will make reasonable efforts to avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information into artificial intelligence tools. When practical, Daily Bread Coaching will remove or limit identifying details before using AI tools, such as full names, contact information, payment information, highly sensitive personal details, or information that is not needed for the intended purpose.

However, clients understand that AI tools may process information submitted to them according to the AI provider’s own privacy policy, terms, data-processing practices, security practices, and legal obligations. Daily Bread Coaching does not control every aspect of how an AI provider processes, stores, reviews, or uses information.

Daily Bread Coaching will not knowingly use artificial intelligence tools to make automated decisions that determine a client’s eligibility for services, pricing, payment obligations, spiritual standing, personal worth, mental health condition, legal rights, or other significant matters.

Daily Bread Coaching will not intentionally use private coaching information to publicly identify a client, create public marketing content about a client, or disclose a client’s private story without permission.

By using Daily Bread Coaching’s services, you understand that artificial intelligence tools may be used as part of Daily Bread Coaching’s administrative, writing, planning, communication, and service-support processes.

Daily Bread Coaching does not sell your personal information, publicly share your private coaching content without permission, record coaching sessions without notice and consent, claim to provide therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or licensed counseling, request unnecessary medical, financial, or highly sensitive personal information, guarantee that online communication is completely secure, or guarantee that information shared online can never be accessed by unauthorized parties.

12. Email and Marketing Communications

If you sign up for emails, resources, updates, newsletters, or promotional messages, Daily Bread Coaching may use your email address to send those communications.
