Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

Daily Bread Coaching offers spiritual coaching intended to support personal reflection, spiritual growth, faith-based encouragement, discernment, goal setting, accountability, and practical next steps. Coaching may include conversation, prayer, Scripture reflection, spiritual encouragement, personal development exercises, written resources, planning tools, and follow-up discussion.

Spiritual coaching is a collaborative process. Daily Bread Coaching may offer guidance, questions, encouragement, resources, observations, and suggested next steps, but you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, beliefs, relationships, finances, health care, legal matters, and personal choices.

Daily Bread Coaching does not guarantee any specific spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, professional, vocational, health-related, or personal outcome.

2. Not Therapy, Medical Care, Legal Advice, or Emergency Support

Daily Bread Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, mental health counseling, medical treatment, psychiatric care, legal advice, financial advice, pastoral counseling provided by a church, or emergency services.

Daily Bread Coaching does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition, trauma condition, substance-use issue, relationship disorder, or psychiatric concern. Coaching conversations are not therapist-client communications, are not medical records, are not protected health information under HIPAA, and are not guaranteed to be legally privileged.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, thoughts of harming another person, abuse, immediate danger, or any crisis requiring urgent help, call 911, contact emergency services, contact a crisis hotline, or seek help from a qualified licensed professional immediately. Daily Bread Coaching is not an emergency service and does not monitor communications for emergencies.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether spiritual coaching is appropriate for you. You agree to participate honestly, respectfully, and voluntarily. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, spiritual practices, relationships, health care, legal matters, financial choices, and personal outcomes.

You agree not to rely on Daily Bread Coaching as a replacement for licensed professional care when professional care is needed. If you have medical, mental health, legal, financial, or safety concerns, you should seek appropriate support from a qualified professional.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking, completing forms, making payments, or communicating with Daily Bread Coaching. You also agree not to submit unnecessary medical records, therapy records, diagnoses, medication details, financial records, legal documents, or emergency mental-health information unless you voluntarily choose to share such information and it is relevant to the coaching relationship.

4. Faith-Based Nature of Services

Daily Bread Coaching is a Christian spiritual coaching service. Coaching may include Christian beliefs, biblical reflection, prayer, spiritual encouragement, and faith-based discussion. By using Daily Bread Coaching’s services, you understand that the services may be provided from a Christian worldview.

Daily Bread Coaching aims to treat clients with dignity, respect, and care. Participation in coaching does not require agreement with every statement, interpretation, belief, or suggestion offered during coaching. You remain responsible for your own beliefs, convictions, choices, and spiritual decisions.

5. Scheduling and Sessions

Sessions may be scheduled through the website, by email, through calendar tools, or through another approved scheduling method. Daily Bread Coaching may use Wix, Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Google Meet, or other tools to manage scheduling and communications.

You are responsible for attending sessions on time and using the correct meeting link. If you are late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. If Daily Bread Coaching is late or needs to reschedule, reasonable efforts will be made to provide the remaining time, reschedule the session, or offer another fair resolution.

Video sessions are generally conducted through Google Meet unless another method is agreed upon. You are responsible for joining sessions from a private and appropriate location, using a stable internet connection when possible, and protecting your own privacy during the session.

6. Payments, Fees, and Billing

Fees for coaching services, packages, programs, sessions, or resources will be displayed on the website, checkout page, invoice, service agreement, or other written communication. Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of purchase or booking.

Daily Bread Coaching uses Stripe to process payments. Daily Bread Coaching does not intentionally store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account credentials, or complete payment credentials on its own systems.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Daily Bread Coaching and its payment processor to charge the applicable fees. You are responsible for any failed payments, chargebacks, disputed payments, late payments, or unpaid balances unless Daily Bread Coaching determines otherwise in writing.

Daily Bread Coaching may pause, cancel, or refuse services if payment is not received, if a payment fails, if a chargeback is filed, or if there is an unresolved payment dispute.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows, and Refunds

Daily Bread Coaching asks for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, Daily Bread Coaching may charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session price or apply the missed session against your package.

If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide notice, Daily Bread Coaching may treat the session as a no-show and charge the full session fee or

apply the session against your package.

Daily Bread Coaching may choose, in its discretion, to waive or reduce cancellation fees in cases of emergency, illness, technical problems, or other reasonable circumstances.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or clearly stated in a separate written agreement. If you purchase a package, program, or bundle, unused sessions may be non-refundable unless Daily Bread Coaching agrees otherwise in writing. Any refund, credit, or rescheduling exception is at Daily Bread Coaching’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

8. Coaching Packages and Program Terms

If you purchase a coaching package, program, subscription, or multi-session plan, the specific terms may be provided on the website, checkout page, invoice, service agreement, or written communication. Those terms may include the number of sessions, length of sessions, program duration, payment schedule, expiration date, included resources, communication limits, and cancellation terms.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a separate signed or written service agreement, the more specific written agreement will control for that service.

Daily Bread Coaching will not knowingly use artificial intelligence tools to make automated decisions that determine a client’s eligibility for services, pricing, payment obligations, spiritual standing, personal worth, mental health condition, legal rights, or other significant matters.

12. Recording Sessions

Daily Bread Coaching does not record coaching sessions unless you are clearly notified in advance and give consent.

Clients may not audio record, video record, screenshot, livestream, publish, distribute, or share coaching sessions without written permission from Daily Bread Coaching. Unauthorized recording or distribution of coaching sessions may result in termination of services without refund and may lead to legal action where appropriate.

16. No Guarantees

Daily Bread Coaching does not guarantee specific results. Spiritual coaching may support reflection, growth, encouragement, accountability, discernment, and practical action, but outcomes depend on many factors outside Daily Bread Coaching’s control.
